You’ve been holding it all together.

You might be here because something in your life feels off. A relationship ended. A chapter closed. Or you're realizing the ways you’ve coped—people-pleasing, overthinking, staying strong for everyone else—just aren’t working anymore.

Even in chaos, you’ve always kept going. But lately, it’s catching up with you—through anxiety, burnout, grief, or a quiet sense of numbness. You may feel stuck in survival mode, unsure who you are outside of your roles, your responsibilities, or your trauma.

You’re not broken, and you don’t need fixing. But you might be longing to feel more whole. More connected to yourself. More clear. More able to breathe.

You’re self-aware—but tired of repeating the same patterns.

I work with women and young adults who often grew up in emotionally unpredictable environments. You might have learned to keep the peace, push down your anger, or take care of everyone else—at the expense of yourself.

Now you’re ready for something different. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with the parts of you that have been pushed aside. To take up space. To breathe.

Therapy that goes deeper.

I don’t see you as a set of symptoms. I see a whole person with a story, a nervous system, and an inner wisdom that already knows the way home. You deserve a space where you can speak freely, where your truth isn’t too much, and where your story is met with curiosity, not judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or moving through a major life transition, this work is about coming back home to yourself.

My approach is warm, intuitive, and relational. I draw from modern psychoanalysis, contemplative psychotherapy, and somatic practices. I’m influenced by neuroscience, attachment theory, mindfulness, and parts work to help you move from survival patterns toward deeper presence and wholeness.

We move at your pace. Together, we gently explore the past while staying anchored in the present. Healing happens in relationship—when we feel truly seen, heard, and safe enough to be ourselves.

Hi, I’m Kristina.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping people navigate the murky middle of life transitions—breakups, identity shifts, grief, and healing from relational trauma.

I specialize in supporting:
• Women in their 20s–40s navigating anxiety, loss, or life changes
• Adult children of emotionally immature or narcissistic parents
• Those recovering from people-pleasing, codependency, or chronic self-doubt
• Highly sensitive or introspective individuals seeking deeper insight

Whether you're starting therapy for the first time or returning to it with fresh intentions, you're welcome here—messy parts and all.

Let’s Begin

I see clients in downtown Santa Barbara and across California and Colorado via Telehealth.
